these colors came from last september's fashion week. they dictate the spring 2010 colors. (fashion week happens every september and february.) here are your's truly:

8. pink champagne

10. eucalyptus

you may be wondering how "they" come to peg these colors as trends for 2010... by simple interviews of new york fashion designers.

"the vibrancy of the top five colors, versus the neutrals we see toward the bottom of the ranking, show that designers are choosing optimism for the season," explained leatrice eiseman, a director at pantone. they also note that, without any brash colors in the mix, the spring 2010 color trends are optimistic yet cautious.
